How can I pay for my order?

When will my package be delivered?

PostNL or DHL

Our packages are shipped with PostNL or DHL as soon as possible. You can always find the latest information about the delivery of the package via Track & Trace.

Homerr is a sustainable and social network of pick-up points in your area where you can send your package directly. They believe that package delivery can be smarter and more sustainable. That is why they use existing trips and the unused capacity of carriers.

Where can I pick up my order?

The warehouse is located in The Netherlands. To pick up your order, you can contact our customer service.

Can I return my package?

It is possible to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item. When we have received the item in good condition, the order amount will be credited. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. If you use the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. You can report a return via the contact form. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after the article has been returned in good condition.
